You have the perfect body

You have the perfect body; No really, you do. In my many years of experience in the fitness industry, I've observed how everyone's primary focus is on looking good. Honestly, it is a fantastic goal in a sense, as it pushes you to get out of your comfort zone, capsize your entire life and fit in healthy habits. In my view, that is the necessary ultimatum you must give yourself from time to time.
Personally, I would beat myself up for not meeting goals on time slipping up in small ways. Each time I went off track, I was unhappy with my efforts and felt disheartened. Very soon, I realized that the unhappiness was my own doing. I chose what I ate; I chose how I active I was; I chose what I allowed to stress me out; I chose to worry excessively. In short,  I am responsible for myself and the choices I've made.
Over time, I've grown, and I've come to realise how lucky I've been! I began to complain less and take more responsibility. That's the key.
When you start to take responsibility, everything changes. You understand that you have so much to be grateful for. You don't have a physical disability that prevents you from being able to take on exercise.
In addition to this, you're blessed with a mind that can think, reason and make choices. You're free of sickness, with fully functioning organs, so you can choose to steer yourself in any direction you choose!
You have the control over the tiny decisions you make each day that add up in the long run. Of course, there are things beyond your control, but I'm not referring to them. I'm only concerned with those things you CAN CONTROL.
So today, just be grateful. Realize that your body is a blessing, and that you are beyond fortunate for all that you've received. If you think about all the things you're not so happy with, when it comes to your body, you begin to approach it from a place of acceptance. Now, you can actually make changes wherever you are today on your journey. I want you to sit down, and think about this for a while. Appreciate the powerhouse of energy that lies within your; You're strong and have no reason to feel any other way. Countless women in the world would give anything to walk in your shoes for just one day!
I'll leave you with this, for now, as I've been reflecting on this topic a lot lately. So thought I'd share my feels. I'm sure we can all relate to these struggles. Perhaps a little? Regardless, both of us have so much to be grateful for!
Have a blessed day and peaceful day! May it be spiritually uplifting and filled with everything you deserve. Learn from this day, and carry over the lessons learnt to the rest of your life.
